Michael, Kathy and Clark gearing up for the ride.

Bear Glacier
We departed Hyder, AK at 8 a.m. with 49 degrees and cloudy skies.
We stopped at the Bear Glacier to put on more gear.
We once again stopped at the Hwy 37/37A junction. This time to warm up with hot soup.
Following the stop at the junction the only stops we made were for fuel. It was an awful day for riding because it rained most of the day and the temperature was in the mid 40s.
We stayed at the North Country Inn in Vanderhoof - a nice place with an equally nice restaurant.
We have been receiving information about Larry's father's health since before we arrived in Hyder and due to his health issues we are heading east to eventually end up in Nebraska. Therefore we were unable to stop again at the Norton Ranch and ride home with Steve and Jo.
